A passive fire contractor built around evidence

Passive fire protection is the part of a building’s fire strategy that does its work without anyone pressing anything. Compartment walls and floors hold the fire where it started. Fire doors keep the escape routes usable. Seals around every cable, pipe and duct stop the fire taking the shortcut the services created. It only works if all of it is continuous, and it only counts if you can prove what was installed.

Why we started

Too much of this work is done to a standard that looks finished and would not perform, and handed over with records that cannot be audited a year later. A seal painted the right colour is not a tested system. A survey that says “various defects noted” cannot be priced or programmed. Redmark Fire exists to do the detail properly and to leave behind records that stand up.

How we work

• Every detail selected for the substrate, the service and the rating required, and installed within the tested parameters for that system
• Product references and batch information recorded as the work goes in
• Every penetration, door and seal photographed and referenced to its location
• Findings issued as a prioritised, priceable schedule rather than a narrative report
• Handover records formatted to drop into your building safety file

Where we are now

Redmark Fire Limited was incorporated in September 2026 and is registered in England and Wales, company number 17461205. We are a new company and we would rather say so than imply otherwise.

We do not currently hold third-party certification, and you will not find a certification logo anywhere on this site until we do. What we can evidence today is method: tested systems, correct detailing for the substrate and service, and complete photographic records on every job. If third-party certification is a condition of your tender, tell us at enquiry stage and we will be straight with you about where we stand rather than waste your time.
